Welcome! Thank you for visiting our home as part of the Del Ray Home & Garden Tour, we are so glad you are here! This 1925 Craftsman has been a multi-year journey of thoughtful renovation, shaped by time, patience, and a deep respect for its original character. Layered over time rather than rushed to completion. As you move through the house, each space tells a slightly different part of that story; from early DIY decisions to larger structural changes and the thinking behind them. If something catches your eye, you can explore more details, sources, and before-and-afters for each room below. And fair warning… like most old homes, this one is still a work in progress (I’m not sure that part ever really ends).
